HOT RODS & MUSCLE CARS
2015 Open House is coming up soon. Bring your Hot Rod or Muscle Car's and see some of the exciting new projects we are working on. Invite your friend's too and we will have a good time. There will be food and drinks while they last. Saturday, October 10th from 2-6.
This was our 19th Annual Open House and was surely one of the best. The weather was perfect and everyone drove there hot rods. Mark Randal brought Gregg Weld's 1963 Knoxville National winner we built the aluminum body for a few years ago. It's always fun to see a lot of past customer's and the cars we have either built or worked on. This has gotten to be a big event and we appreciate everyone coming. This was our 3rd year having a raffle to raise money for a local animal shelter and want to thank, Pete & Jake's, O'reilly's, Van Chevrolet, Motorville, Fastenal, and everyone that donated items for the raffle.
Our 18th Annual Open House, October 1, 2011. This was the first time with the additional space added on for our interior shop, woodworking, metal shop and the parts room. It will helped greatly with more room and storage of parts. The weather was great and the raffle raised over $1,000 for Animals Best Friend, a local no kill shelter. Thanks to Pete & Jake's, O'reilly's, Superior Chevrolet, Motorville and all that donated.
Miller Meet, Millers at Milwaukee Vintage Indy Car Event - July 6-7, 2012. We went with John Hollansworth and had a great time. We took the 1932 Marmon V-16 that we recreated and just finished in time for the event. We drove about 100 laps over the 2 days between me and John driving and taking people for rides. The car drove great with no problems. This was new for me but we will definitely be going again. We have purchased a mold and will be offering some 35 Ford Miller bodies and frame packages in different stages. Contact us if interested in one, they are a great time.
Pictures from our trip to Pebble Beach Concourse show this year. We went to bid on a car at the Mecum Auction in Monterey and took a day trip down to see the cars at Pebble Beach. Here are a few pictures of the cars we really liked at the show. There were so many people there we couldn't get pictures of everything but we wanted to share them with you.
This will be our 20th Anniversary so please tell all your friends to come and bring as many car's as we can this year. We want to make this year special. The open house each year started to let people know we were here. Now we do it as an appreciation to everyone that we do work for, sell parts to or just knows us and comes by to see what we are building at the time. We will be selling raffle tickets for donated items from some of our vendors and friends. We will be donating a Vintage Air unit to the raffle. Tickets are $5 each and the money is raised for Great Plaines Animal Shelter.
